Rita's Cafe: Reviews & Ratings
Had shredded beef burrito smothered on green chili sauce. Very tasty. I had mine with beans and rice inside; my dining partner had the beans and rice on the side. Drinks were glass bottles. Staff was very friendly.
We enjoyed stopping here on our way through Walden. Extremely friendly staff! Accommodating with food intolerances and very clean. Food was delicious!
This is the best restaurant in the Walden valley. This is a breakfast and lunch spot. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito. It was huge! Lots of eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese and green chile. The composition of ingredients was well proportioned. The biscuits and gravy were also good. The tortilla was fresh. Friendly staff and quality food.
Rita’s is a small family restaurant with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Simple menu, large portions, friendly faces everywhere, humble folks without temptation. Ample parking day or night, people spouting: "Howdy, neighbor!” Breakfast Burritos, Belgian Waffles, Phat Sandwiches, and Carne Asada! So come on down to Rita’s, and meet some friends of mine.
Off beaten path, so look it up if you need directions! Up in Walden Colorado Monday to Tues morning and Rita's is only place open at 6am. Great breakfast burritos and coffee! Worth a stop n has indoor and outdoor seating, but I'm getting on the road!
Had a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. Super good and huge portions. The vibe is cool in a tiny space looking out at the mountains. Cinnamon rolls are as big as my head!
For those of you that read my reviews, you know that I really like to search out small local restaurants Here's one for you to try out. Rita's Cafe located on the West side of the highway in the North part of Walden, Colorado. The minute you walk in, you feel welcomed. Locals kind of hang out there and strike up conversations. Great food at very reasonable prices indoor and outdoor seating Very helpful and friendly staff Give them a try
A random stop on a day trip, discovered where I’m getting food every time I pass through Walden. The food was fresh and incredible. Carne asada loaded baked potato was something I never knew I needed in my life. 10/10 will come back.
